Methods of Ordering
The most popular form of placing orders is to call our customer services team on +353 (0)21 4320277 or via fax on +353 (0)21 4321159. Our customer service team are available from 8:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday. We also have a 24 hour voicemail service which we respond to at the earliest opportunity.
If you match the criteria required to set up a purchasing account with us (see above), simply fill out our short online application to create your online account. Once we have processed your request you will receive a confirmation email with your account details. If you already have an account with us we will simply link this to your online account. You will then be ready to log in to PPL online using your email address and password to search for your desired products. Add these products to your basket and proceed to checkout to complete your order.
Online ordering is only available to private clinics. We do not allow HSE orders to be processed online. You can however use the online ordering system to gain prices for all of our stock products*.

Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to place orders. Prescription forms can be scanned and attached to the email.
You may also choose to post your orders to our office. This may be particularly convenient when sending casts/foam boxes or when foot sketches are required. We can supply complimentary flat-packed cardboard boxes to assist you with sending us your casts/foam boxes. The dimensions of these boxes are 14" x 9" x 4.5". We advise caution when packing boxes to avoid damage to casts. Newspaper or bubble wrap should be used to protect the casts. Patient details should be clearly enclosed with all casts to ensure there is no mix-up when processing your order.
For your convenience we can arrange for our courier service to collect a package from your clinic on an agreed date for a standard delivery charge. Simply call our customer service department to arrange. This has proven a very popular choice with our customers as it eliminates the time-consuming task of going to the post office. Visit our services section for further details. Alternatively you may choose to use our prepaid labels. We invoice these labels based on the weight of the package upon receipt.
