We are now seeking to recruit a new member to our Customer Services Team. Efficient and friendly Customer Services is the foundation of PPL’s Customer Promise to continue to deliver excellence and to retain our customers’ trust and loyalty. This role is an opportunity for an enthusiastic person who would like to join our team and extend their experience in Customer Services Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily phone and e-mail support to our customers to the required standard
  • Daily data entry & order processing
  • Assist in other customer service team tasks as they arise
  • Produce weekly/monthly reports for the Customer Services Manager
  • Assist both the Customer Services and Sales Managers where required

Requirements:

  • Third level degree/diploma/qualification in Office Administration or similar relevant discipline
  • Computer Literate - demonstrate a high level of computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Effective Communicator, excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal, are equally important
  • Ability to work independently and use his/her initiative to go over and above the level required
  • Teamwork - Actively contributes to the development of a positive team environment, demonstrating a flexible approach
  • Attention to detail - Ensures that work is executed accurately and completely
  • Strong analytical and administration skills

Desirable Skills:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in data entry & daily administration
  • Experience using Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint & Teams

We are now seeking to recruit a full-time Production Operator within our Production Team. This is a junior position and full training will be provided. Full-time with a view to permanency.

Requirements:

  • Good manual dexterity
  • Interest in craft type work
  • Organizational skills
  • Positive attitude to work
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Work as part of a team

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working in a factory setting
