Opening a New Account

All our products are prescription only Medical Devices, and we only take orders from Medical Practitioners.

Registering with us as a New Practitioner provides

• Full access to all our online Training and Education resources 
• Visibility of our Trade Prices
• Access to apply for a new Online or Credit Account

Register as new Practitioner or apply for a New Private Account

 

Private Account Types & Payment Options

Private Credit Account 

• Orders by Email, Online, Postal & Phone are accepted and processed on receipt
• Payment occurs by Direct Debit (14 days after monthly statement is issued)
• Orders can be placed Online on our website for off-the-shelf Products, and you can place the order on your Credit Account
• With a Credit Account we can help you to reduce your delivery charges by organising consolidated weekly or twice weekly deliveries.

 

Private Proforma Account 

• Email, Postal & Phone orders are only accepted and processed following payment over the phone by Debit or Credit Card
• Online Orders for off-the-shelf Products are accepted and processed following Online Check Out and payment by Debit or Credit Card

 Note Orders for Custom Made devices should be sent by Email or Post

Apply for a Private Credit Account by emailing Customer Accounts staff and save time and prevent delays by paying monthly by Direct Debit.
