Different working environments and patient groups provide an ever varying set of demands and challenges. The freedom of a custom orthotic device allows you to prescribe exactly what each individual patient needs every time.

Our custom made orthotic devices are truly made to measure, and each one is unique. We allow total flexibility in the customisation of your devices. Each device is individually designed and handmade to your requirements. Current research and theories of biomechanics from a multidisciplinary knowledge base are applied to both our manufacturing processes and product design.

Our prescription forms include pictures of the most popular additions and design options, these are guidelines to make prescription easier. However by providing us with a detailed sketch and instructions, we are happy to make any type of addition or design feature you may require. We believe that if a customer requires a custom made device, then that is what they should get. Therefore we choose to manufacture our custom made orthotic devices by hand, using the original plaster casts.

Our casted orthotic devices are individually designed and modelled following analysis and clinical reasoning from the information you provide.

STOCK ORTHOTIC DEVICES & BIOMECHANICAL PRODUCTS

Non-Custom Stock devices come in all shapes and sizes each with their own indications for use. Whilst Stock devices do not offer the full flexibility of a custom device they do provide a very cost-effective alternative to custom devices for patients with common types and smaller levels of biomechanical dysfunction.

The stock range includes orthotic devices for children and adults. The different types include adaptable systems, shock absorbing, slim fitting, rearfoot and digital devices.

Associated biomechanical and rehabilitation products often need to be included in the management plan of your patient.
